Shayne Shelton

Bio

Shayne M. Shelton was born and raised in New Orleans, LA. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Tulane University, majoring in Biomedical Engineering and Computer Science. During his time at Tulane, he was highly involved on campus, serving as Secretary of the university’s NSBE chapter, performing with the Tulane Performing Arts Society, and dancing with Club Ace. He currently works as a Software Development Engineer at Amazon Web Services. Passionate about community engagement, Shayne is dedicated to creating opportunities for Black scholars and professionals in engineering and technology.

Fun Fact

Shayne is both an Eagle Scout and a Black Belt in martial arts.
