BRIDGE PROGRAM
The NSBE DFW Bridge Program is the chapter's signature student program created to connect rising college juniors and seniors with professional mentorship opportunities that help them navigate their educational journey and early career years. Our professional members serve as mentors to help these students navigate their careers with the goal of encouraging them to continue to advance in STEM and remain connected to the NSBE DFW network. Mentors and mentees connect at least monthly throughout the year. In addition to matching students with mentors, the program provides students with access to interview prep, workshops, networking, and career opportunities.
