Jermaine is a 7yr veteran in the Power Distribution Industry. Currently working as a Power Engineer for Chiang, Patel & Yerby. A native of Houston, TX , he graduated from Prairie View A&M University with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering in 2002. Jermaine has been an active member of NSBE since 1997

Clarelle’s home town is New Orleans, Louisiana. She is a proud graduate of Tuskegee University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. After graduation, she accepted a position from Raytheon, and currently works for Raytheon Network Centric Systems, where she functions as a Software Developer.

Melony heen a member of NSBE since joining the DMAE chapter in 2007. Originally from Massachusettes Melony moved to Dallas for work. She currently work for Raytheon Company as a Governance and Complaince Specialist, working primarily with Sarbanes Oxley Compliance for Information Technology.

Melony graduated from Babson College , located in Wellesely Ma, with a B.S. in Managing Information Systems. In her four years at Raytheon she has always made the conscious effort to encourge diversity and good team working skills and she will bring this to her roll.

Mariol Charles is a native of Louisiana. He graduated from Southern University with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. Mariol has been a devoted NSBE member since college, where he served his collegiate chapter as a Senator, Treasurer (2 years), President, and President Emeritus.

Currently he works for American Eagle (AE) Airlines as a Systems Engineer for the Canadair Regional Jet 700 Series (CRJ-700) Fleet. At AE, he is responsible for writing aircraft maintenance documents, troubleshooting various maintenance issues, and helping keep the aircraft updated with the latest technology and in compliance with FAA regulatory standards.

Kehinde is an Environmental and Water Resources Engineer. Originally from Massachusetts, she relocated to Texas to Obtain her Masters from the university of Texas as Austin and finally settled inn Dallas, Texas with her husband.

She has been a member of NSBE since 2000 at the collegiate level with Northeastern University in Boston, MA. She held various positions with the NSBE-Northeastern Chapter such as Academic Excellence, PCI, and Programs Chair. Her focus as PI Chair is to foster a stronger relationship with the PCI and Collegiate members using our alumni members as mentors.

Nick has been working in the HVAC Industry for over 15yrs. He began his career with Johnson Controls and moved to Trane four years ago. Using the success from his role as a Project Engineer he was able to move into the role of Control Estimator where he ensures accurate and consistant priceing to the customer.

Nick is originally from Detroit, MI and graduated from the University of Toledo. He has been living in Texas for about 12 yrs.

Kennard is a Manager OSP Planning and Engineering Design at AT&T. He graduated from Missouri Western State University in St. Joseph, MO with a B.S. in Electronics Engineering Technology. He has also recieved his M.B.A. in Marketing from University of Dallas Graduate School located in Irving, TX.

This is his 2nd year in NSBE where he has hed the office as the Social Co-Chair. He is also enjoys DJing Gospel, Jazz, and Old School Events.
